150 year anniversary of The Battle Of Gettysburg

Thousands of Americans and visitors from all over the world flocked to Gettysburg this week to commemorate the 150 year anniversary of one of the deciding battles of the American Civil War. The re-enactment of Pickett’s Charge, one of the key moments of the conflict, and one where the 1st Minnesota played a decisive role, was one of the high points of the 3 day event.
